  • Badentoy Blue
  • Swinzie
  • Alisa Craig
  • Pentland (made in small quantities and not widely available)
They all taste good on crackers or gnawed straight off the counter.

    It's Ailsa Craig you dingbat.
    As well as a fine selection of partisan cheeses, jam and marmalade made by bears is available in the shoppe.
    (The bears live on Main Street and wear authentic, hand-stitched Scottish tweeds and tartans. The are pretentious buffoons.)
